Kangaroo Island fishing spots
Kangaroo Island has two faces: the sheltered north coast and bays around Kingscote, American River and Penneshaw, good for whiting, tommies, snook and bream in the rivers, and the exposed south coast, where Pennington Bay, D'Estrees Bay and Vivonne Bay take Southern Ocean swell and salmon. Rules differ: the north coast is in the Gulf St Vincent/KI zone.
