Central Coast and Tuggerah Lakes fishing spots

From Norah Head to Box Head the coast mixes rock platforms and surf beaches with two big estuaries. Tuggerah Lakes and Brisbane Water are shallow, weedy systems for flathead, bream, whiting, luderick and prawns, while The Entrance and The Rip channels and the headlands add mulloway, tailor, salmon, drummer and kingfish. Estuaries fire in the warmer months; winter suits the rocks.
