Yamba, Iluka and the Clarence River fishing spots
The Clarence is one of the biggest rivers on the NSW coast, and its mouth between Yamba and Iluka draws mulloway, bream and luderick, with the training walls, channels and flats all fishable from shore. Headlands at Woody Head, Iluka Bluff, Yamba and Angourie add rock fishing for drummer, tailor and bream. Luderick peak in winter; whiting and flathead in the warmer months.
